The best way to test if the battery is good enough is to charge it up completely and then immediatly do a battery load test. If during the load test it goes below 9.5 volts or does not recover to around 12 volts after the load test, junk the battery. If your battery in your car is the original 07 battery, it already has 3 years of use.
